NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia will hold a public information session from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, at the NASA Wallops Visitor Center on Virginia Route 175 near Chincoteague.
The session will provide updates through information booths on causeway bridge construction and beach replenishment projects. A GLOBE program representative will also be available to share information.
Federal and state health experts will discuss the PFAS health consultation report released by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry.
The public is invited to attend and engage with experts and NASA representatives about current projects, community concerns, and environmental efforts at the facility.
