Crystal Palace and Rayo Vallecano will face each other in the 2026 UEFA Conference League final, marking both clubs' debut appearances in a UEFA club competition final. Each team qualified in only their second continental campaign, with Palace’s past European appearance in the 1998 UEFA Intertoto Cup and Rayo Vallecano’s most recent in the 2000/01 UEFA Cup quarter-finals.

The final is scheduled for 27 May 2026 at Leipzig Stadium in Leipzig, Germany. The venue, home to Bundesliga side Leipzig, has hosted major football events, including UEFA EURO 2024, the 2006 FIFA World Cup, and regularly features UEFA’s top club competitions.

If the scores are level at the end of normal time, two 15-minute periods of extra time will be played. If necessary, a penalty shoot-out will decide the winner.

The champions will lift the UEFA Conference League trophy, a 57.5 cm tall, 11 kg prize with 32 hexagonal spines. The winners will also qualify for the league phase of the 2026/27 UEFA Europa League, unless already qualified through their domestic league.
