Ismaïla Sarr of Crystal Palace currently leads the 2025/26 UEFA Conference League top scorers with nine goals, surpassing Mikael Ishak of Lech Poznań and Marius Mouandilmadji of Samsunspor, who each have eight goals. Sarr's latest goal came in the semi-final second leg against Shakhtar, putting him ahead in the race for top scorer.
Sarr's goals include three in the league phase, two against AEK Larnaca in the round of 16 second leg, and one in each quarter-final leg against Fiorentina. He also scored after just 21 seconds in the semi-final first leg—the fastest goal in Conference League history—and added another in the second leg as Crystal Palace reached their first European final.
Mikael Ishak, the all-time Conference League top scorer with 13 goals, will not contend for this season's title as his team has been eliminated. Ishak scored five times in the league phase and key goals in the round of 16 against Shakhtar. Marius Mouandilmadji finished the season with eight goals through the league phase and knockout stages but could not help Samsunspor advance further.
Other notable performances include five assists each from Carlo Holse and Kees Smit, and hat-tricks by Franko Kovačević, Lamine Diaby-Fadiga, and Bartosz Mazurek during the season.
